Blue Rose Developments is responsible for top-structure developments of various types. This includes planning, design and construction.
A number of top structure developments have been originated previously including:
Henley River Retirement Village (102 residential units, and frail-care)
Mulbarton Retirement Village (79 residential units)
(Blue Rose’s shareholding was sold at phase 1 of this project)
Currently there are projects in the planning phase, including top-structures in the Graceview Industrial Park.
All future top-structure projects will be detailed as and when they are publically announced.
