Blue Rose Land deals with identification of large land parcels (raw land) in strategically advantageous situations, the acquisition of such parcels and then carries out the developmental approvals processes required to unlock the asset
value in this land.

Currently Blue Rose Land is developing a large co-ordinated land project called Gauteng Highlands
